Mike Dardis, Bloomington Remembers Veterans Board Member, and Melissa Wurst-Persaud, City Community Outreach & Engagement Manager, presented a memorial update to the Bloomington City Council. They reviewed the project timeline as well as the ‘Request for Qualifications’ process the group used to select four artist finalists to submit an official design for the future memorial.
