At the November 23, 2020 Bloomington City Council Meeting, the City Council unanimously approved the proposed design concept and memorial site on the grounds of Civic Plaza. Volunteers of Bloomington Remembers Veterans look forward to working with our community to make this sacred space of personal reflection, education, and community gathering a reality.
